Need algae help - high tech

I had an existing dirted 55 gallon tank running a planted 24/7 and just added co2 and Excel (metricide 14) and ei dosing in hopes to have my algae problems go away, and I haven't had any luck. I am dosing 20 ml (~35 ml excel), 1/2 tsp macros, 8 hour lights, 8 hour co2 (offset by an hour, green drop checker) wondering if I need more flow, more plants, or less light? I'm probably at the most co2 my reactor can handle.
My planted settings are - 6 white, 8 red, 4 green, 8 blue
