Advice on temporarily placing my betta in my other tank when I redo his tank?
Post Body

In a few weeks I'll be completely redoing my bettas 28l tank, but I'll be using ada aquasoil so will need quite a while for the Ammonia to reduce (does anyone know how long this takes?) I'm planning on temporarily rehoming him in my 54l which currently just has shrimp and a snail. He likes to chase (and eat) shrimp, and particularly as I have a bamboo shrimp in there I was thinking I'll need to keep him separate from everyone else. I did see some fry hatchery things in the shop but will this be far too small for him to stay in for a prolonged period? Will a tank divider work? Although I'm not sure how I'd position it as I have wood going accross the tank (Pic) How do I move him stress free?

Edit: alternatively I was thinking of buying a quarantine tank anyway, so I could house him in that with the sponge filter and water from his current tank? I wasn't thinking of buying a huge one though.
