Inlet and outlet filter hoses are too short - ahh!
Post Body

Was all ready to finally set up my new tank, went to connect up the filter hoses and realised they only just reach from the filter to the top of the tank; so frustrating. At the moment they're still trying to coil up which doesn't help so I'm trying to stretch them out. How much hose do you guys have between the filter and tank? Do you have the minimum length or do you have a lot of slack? I'm guessing it would be best to have a reasonable amount of slack so I can get at the filter for maintenance. The maximum I can have is 1.5m with this filter, and the hoses are currently about 0.5m I think.

Also I can't seem to find out how wide my hose is anywhere in the manual to be able to buy new ones. I would have thought that that would be basic information to include! I'll just have to measure it (and work out if it's the inside or outside diameter I need).
