Currently in the market of trying to source some ADA hardscape materials for some ADA tank setups and not running into a lot of luck. I know Aqua Forrest Aquarium (AFA) is the US distributor and I've been ordering stuff from there for a long time, but I'm looking for other options. Currently trying to get some stone for a simple Iwagumi layout in one of three ADA Mini M's I'm resetting and not running into a lot of luck.
I was hoping to go with some Sansui stone due to the texture, colors, and layers it has, but ordering by weight and not WYSIWYG is becoming a fiscal challenge I'm trying to avoid. Started with an order of 15lbs from AFA and though the range of sizes are nice, I didn't really get any stone that I would consider worth scaping with as a father stone or a main focal point. I know Sansui is going to be a mix of shapes along with slabs, but after a few afternoons of sandboxing I didn't find a combo that I was happy with. I'm trying to stick to ADA materials as two of the Mini-M's are older tanks that I would like keep an ADA theme with, but at this point I'm up in the air unless I can find WYSIWYG stone to pick from.
