In the process of setting up an old 30cm (12") cube I had sitting aside. While looking into hardware for it, lighting was something I've recently been contemplating. For most of my tanks now, I've moved to Chihiros lights due to the success that I've had with them, but I'm torn on which way to go for lighting on this cube. Originally, I had been planning on running another C2 RGB as I've been enjoying it on another nano setup. As I've been shopping around, I started to see that for the same price I could go with the WRGB II Slim and I started to like the idea of having more coverage across the tank with this unit, as well as getting away from the single cantilever arm mount that the C2 RGB uses. I don't have any experiences with the WRGB II Slim line, but I am currently running the Pro on a larger tank and love it. Thoughts on which way to go? Ideally, I'd like to hear from anyone who has experience with both lights for their comparison.
Plans for the tank are an Ikebana display with CO2 injection and a mix of foreground, buce and stems for plants.
Thanks!
