Anyone know why this Amazon Sword won’t grow stems and get taller?

This plant is over a year old, and I have several Amazon swords in my 125g tank. I dose with CO2, add iron daily, have Seachem root tabs, and use Thrive for other fertilizers. The leaves are healthy, they just never grow taller. Other species of plants in this tank grow very tall, but not the Amazon swords. Any ideas? Thanks!
