Tips for growing dwarf hair grass?

Hey folks! I started a new smaller tank for some ADFs lately and wanted to grow dwarf hair grass for them to chill/hide in. I’ve been trying to give my tissue culture bits I’ve planted lots of light, and I use root tabs and leaf zone as directed, but it’s not doing super well so far. Any care tips for it?
