Hey there! So i havent officially been diagnosed with PF, but from my research, it seems to be the case.right where my arch and my heel meet (slightly to the outside area) , i have this shap pain- like its bruised. Its always there, but worse when pressed/touched.....only in my right foot.
I get very mild pain in my claf (more slight cramp in the morning when i get up and walk, i can only walk on my tip toes for about 2 min) but no other time.
I have recieved foot massages, worried when they would get to "the spot" it would hurt bad, but it didnt at all, but didnt necessarily take the pain away.
i have tried the foot rocker thing off Amazon and have found zero relief from that. Does t even feel like its doing anything 😕 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GAAXGK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I got these socks, again, not finding much difference using them https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078R9SH62?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have rolled golf and tennis balls against it- nothing but pain like im pressing a bruise
I have taken a massage gun to it and it sometimes hurts to use, sometimes feels amazing. sometimes feels it makes it worse the day after.
I have 4 different orthodics for PF (dr scholls, and 3 different highly rated ones from Amazon) i have mixed them up between different shoes to see if different shoe/orthodic combos work better.
Need other options. I am so over this constant bruised feeling!!
Would the night thing that pulls your toes toward your shin help?
Also, about me. 39F. Work sitting in office 8 hrs day, serve 3 nights a week. Recently gained a lot of weight due to medical issues.
TLDR: Tried a bunch of options still not finding relief.
