What exercise can I do with my painful PF?
Post Body

Hi all,

I’m new here and already have found immense info and help from this sub. I’m so grateful I found it.

I’ve had foot troubles for the last 5 years. My first really bad PF flare was 5 years ago. It has been mostly at bay for the past 4 years. Last month it flared up pretty badly in my left foot, and hasn’t had any improvements since.

It hurts to put even the smallest amount of weight on it. Any and all walking or standing is painful.

Here is my dilemma. I know I need to loose weight. And I need to stretch. But even just simple stretching, nonetheless exercise, is just so painful. I feel so stuck, I don’t know what to do.

So my question is if there is anything I can do to exercise and loose some weight with this awful PF pain. I don’t want to aggravate it, and I just don’t know what to do.
