I've had plantar fasciitis for over a year now. Stretches didn't help, iceing somewhat helps but more in the moment. It comes back the same when I'm at work and when I get home. The arthritis gel my doc suggested didn't work. So I went through the blood removal, the whole platlet thing and it being ran back through me. For a few weeks it worked. But now it's back. The same as before. I know working at Meijer doesn't help, not many jobs that limit walking and standing. Is there anything that helps tremendously for you guys?
