Heel pain from driving

Anyone else get heel pain (plantar fasciitis is my best assumption) from driving? I wasn't commuting for a long while and the heel pain I'd had had gone away, but now back in a car again, it's flaring up. Worse now when I walk or am on my feet for any given periods of time.
Anyone have any exercise recommendations or stretches to help alleviate it?
