How long before you’d opt for surgery?
Post Body

At what point would you consider conservative care a failure? I’m only at 2 months, and I’m ready to do a minimally invasive procedure called Tenex. I don’t want to think about this with every step for 6 months or a year and I’m told I can get a 75-80% improvement with only 2-3 weeks down time. But my doctor thinks it’s too soon and a lot of videos online of doctors discussing this issue say 6 months to a year minimum. That seems like an awfully long time to hope it burns out on its own. Or am I wrong? Do ligaments actually go thru the process of healing over many months? I thought the body sort of gives up on reducing inflammation after 30-60 days and it becomes chronic
