"Weed" I believe to be a Vates Collard. Am I right?

Hello! Was looking around in a weed-y area near my garden and noticed this. Last summer I threw a buncha seeds down, of Vates Collards and a few others I think, just to see if something would grow. I never noticed anything, but it appears it might have sprouted. Pretty rad! So am I right? I put it through a plant ID app, and it said it was in the brassica olaracea family, which the collard is too, but this seems quite broad (to me, I'm a noob.) So I suppose it could be something else within that family, but the collard seems most likely. I did taste a leaf, and it had a mild broccoli-esque flavor.
