Hey PBD, my husband and I have been following a plant based whole food diet since August. Initially we both lost weight without trying (me 10 lbs, him 20 lbs). Then we both slowly gained most of it back and then leveled off. We aren't eating huge portions at meals, and we aren't over doing it on the nuts, coconut milk, avocado etc. We eat all whole grain carbs, and beans, vegetables, and fruit. Occasionally some whole grain chips or crackers. We don't add oil to any of our food. We do drink beer and wine, and we exercise only 1-2 times a week. Still, I feel like we should be losing some weight, him especially. We are committed to the diet regardless for other health reasons, but I would really like to see some weight loss as well. Thoughts/input/advice?
