I have been eating really clean past couple of years. Like mainly wfpb not much oil or sugar added to my diet, but in the past few months I fell into my old, unhealthy habits where I’m basically ordering food almost daily, eating loots of bread and vegan fake meat and cheese etc. I have tried to get back to eating healthier few times in the past few weeks but always end up ordering something unhealthy.
How do you get back on track, does anyone have any advice? I know that once I get back to it my taste buds will adjust to it and won’t crave unhealthy food anymore, but it’s been such a struggle to get back into healthy routine. Any help is much appreciated.
