I was playing today and started to experience that annoying flicker bug, but then I also started to get a different sort of flickering. People's vehicles were appearing back and forth between multiple locations, like a weird lag.

Edit for everyone who finds this: My system is overclocked and this issue started after I enabled my overclocking. I was able to stop it by going into my BIOS and disabling Turbo Boost (EIST). I was able to hop back into game with no issues after making that change. Whatever is managing the CPU speeds is causing some sort of instability in game.
