So I messed up and purchased the wrong weapon, I decided to try the help function just to see if they would help. Below is email chain.

Discussion Thread Customer By Web Form (******) 01/05/2013 07:50 AM Last night I purchased a weapon with station cash, but when i looked I didnt get that weapon, instead I have a different 1. I was trying to get the TR Heavy Assault "Bull" Weapon and instead it gave me the Carv S. I tried to just suck it up and go with it, and even got some upgrades but its still not what I wanted. Is there anything that can possible be done? I would appreciate any assistance you can offer.
