I’ve been playing the 11th scenario, the japan one, and I keep hitting the wall. I can never get my rating high enough. The guest happiness goes up to 60 and then just goes down and my money goes down the drain as I give out 20k in refunds. Any help would be so much and even more a full tutorial to help me. Thank you for any help
