Apple Watch not connecting to equipment

Yesterday it worked fine today it won’t connect to anything anyone have any similar issue and find a solution? I’m tracking my workouts for a contest at work and am losing about 5 miles today.
Edit: works today as of new update 10.6 I think. Update went live this week 8/2/24
