I know many have asked so I guess I'll try,
What machines actually have muscle development potentials that aren't labeled?
I've been doing like 125 lbs on "Deltoids" and err, the muscle group listed as name isn't the same as say what muscles were shown on depiction (muscles I'm seeing online include rhomboids, spleniuses, trapezes).
I do my entire body except for like abs when I come to gym, (which I've slowly reintroduced abs for like maybe 3 days a week), so it's really important for me to get closure on this subject.
