Help! Do downloaded TMTK items store on your PC? Or only the cloud?

Hey all -- question, I can't find the answer online anywhere. I just bought a great new gaming PC, but I'd like to move over all my downloaded TMTK files so they don't take forever and ever to sync.
Do downloaded TMTK items exist on your hard drive anywhere (and if so, where?), or are they only on the Steam cloud?
