How is Google Customer Service?

I have had the Z3 and Z4 and I gotta say Samsung Care has taken care of me. Every penny is worth it. That being said, I'm tired of the unchanged form factor and want to switch. How is googles service for repair? Do they have a protection plan? Does it completely cover a screen replacement? How is googles customer service?
