Glitchy screen, rainbow snow

I got my Pixel 8 Pro Tuesday and had rainbow snow occasionally (10-12x in 72 hours). Swapped it at my local T-Mobile, and the brand new one is doing it again. Is this a known issue? Neither phone was damaged/dropped/wet. It's my third baby right now. A hard reset (power and volume up pressed for 10-15s) works and clears it up. I'm pissed and I'm not sure where to turn at this point. Very seriously considering downgrading back to my Pixel 6
