App floating on screen ?

Just changed to a pixel 8 from a Huawei p30 . The p30 had a feture when you could have 2 apps opened at once ie, having your notes open and having the calculator app on screen as well but it's was movable and scalable .
Does the pixel 8 have a similar feture ?
