Is there a way in the settings to see the ram usage of all apps ?

Post Body

Over the past couple days I noticed that when I switch from one app to another and go back to the first one, it was closed. I downloaded a third party app and it told me that the ram usage was at 85% without having anything opened or going on in the background. But that app doesn't show what apps are the culprits, so I'd like to know if there is a way in the device settings ? And are others experiencing the same issue ?
