I'm hacked, google maps shows their tracks. Why is the google app continuously downloading something always?

Nearby share settings always change and google assistant turns on automatically. Wifi turns on automatically. Wifi Hotspot changes password and turns on automatically. Wifi direct automatically changes name. Pop ups. I can't seem to remove the other devices that's logged in my account. Sync paraphrase chrome keeps turning off. This phone has something going on.
