So after about 2 replacement devices, Google finally agreed to do a full refund for my phone. Each replacement device was worst than the last, and I kept only having one issue which was the random shutdown when I'm still at 20%-65% charge. So if anyone else is struggling with the same problems and don't wanna get another pixel replacement brand new or used, you can request a refund after 2 replacement models. There is a $35 restocking fee as well btw. I'll probably just wait it out till the 4A comes out now I guess.
