TWRP on Pixel 3a XL (Android 11)

Hi, I recently rooted my Pixel 3a XL with magisk manager, and I wanted to know if there was a way to get TWRP custom recovery because I've tried the normal method of trying to flash the recovery but every time I do it, it says that I don't have permission. I have all permissions and I've already unlocked bootloader. I am on the newest update of Android 11, with root access.
