As any long-time Pixar fan knows, the legendary John Ratzenberger has made a voice-acting cameo in every Pixar feature film to date. It can be tough to find this cameo in Soul, as his part is not listed in the credits, but I believe that I've found it! Minor spoilers for the first act of the film follow.

At around the 24 minute mark of the film, Joe and 22 are walking through a hall of Joe's memories, specifically all of the times that he's been told he wasn't suitable for a gig. A number of people say, "sorry, Joe," and at 24:17 an off-screen man says "We're looking for something different." This voice sounds distinctly like John Ratzenberger and I think it might be him!
