How are people able to get away with NSFW results but I get "restrictive warning?"

If I look at prompt I see prompts like "large chest/breasts" in some with revealing bikinis But yet if I try doing it I get a content warning. I can't do bikini but for some reason I can do bra, but can't adjust chest size without getting a warning
