The show is based around a Canadian Naval ship,as they use killick (British naval term) as slang for a rank which is low rank supervisor. The show features no actual warfare, it's a sitcom about the daily life of sailing and the crumby tasks that come along with it eg: being the dishwasher, painting ship, dumping garbage. It would follow a core group of sailors who would be the under achiever types. There would be the obvious annoying bosses who are easy to make fun of, usual sitcom things. each season is easily segmented into deployments (Canadian deployments are 6 months long). Some episodes could include port visits and the shenanigans that are gotten up to.
