Temp after the 2 mods on my 1150

This is the temperature using an oven thermometer right on the grates after running the S “smoke” with lid open for 10 mins then closed till 180 then pushed the controller temp to 200 and it’s been sitting for 2 hrs hold 200. Would you say this is a very accurate temperature from the picture? The mods I did was the flame tamer and the heat deflector.
