Pizzas.

Ok so used my new pitboss 8 in 1 from tractor supply. I took my pizza stones and used some cheap store baught pizzas. I am now worried how I will achieve the right Temps when it's -10degrees F outside. Omg best pizza ever. Also been making baked Carmel apples. Done chicken too. What are some off the wall things I should try.
