got the idea after seeing this. but essentially The ancient weapons are encrypted in such a way that the only person who can use them is the one who has that same will(yes this makes some people more special, honestly the best way to counter this is by saying that they became like this on their own and they picked this destiny). The basics of it goes like this :
Person's will ability weapon= Weapon activated.
Now since these are land,sky and sea weapons we can also presume it aligns with 3 people like this. Luffy,momo,Shirahoshi.
