Linux and Pirated Games
Post Body

I have been using Ubuntu Linux for about 6 months and so far it’s been great for general PC use and I even got my VPN and SMB share working well. The only thing keeping me on Windows in any way is gaming.

I have a lot of games from Fitgirl and GOG-Games (maybe 10-15TB), everything from DOS-Starfield. I already have emulation working well.

I wonder if I could expect those to work on Linux with any consistency, or if I would need special versions/installers made specifically for Linux. If anyone here uses Linux and can speak to how well gaming works outside of purchased versions I’d appreciate it.
