Is the old "Argentina Youtube Premium" trick no longer possible?

The last few threads I've found on this say it is now no longer possible to create a YouTube Premium account via Argentina, India etc as the method fails once you get to the payment screen.
Has anyone found a way around this and had it work for them recently? Say, in the last 3 months?
