I'm only occasionally sailing the seven seas so forgive me if this is common knowledge, but I'm interested to hear if you guys know what is happening here-

A friend of mine lives in the UK and a guy at his local pub is selling dongles/sticks for 100 pounds each with all Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc apps installed and all you have to do is plug in the stick and you can access any app you want and watch free of charge. He says it even has Premier League football (Sky, BT sports etc) accessible on it..

Anyone know how this is done? Is the guy a tech genius or is this sort of thing common these days?

And if by chance anyone knows if Sky Sports is obtainable in a similar way in Austria, I'm all ears..
