Where to find 3D Blu-ray rips that aren't SBS?

When I play a 3D Blu-ray on my Xbox1X my Benq X3000i projector displays it fine, however when I attempt to play one of my many 3D movie downloads thru Plex on either my Nvidia Shield or Xbox my projector doesn't recognise them as 3D.
I have many 3D SBS torrented files and when displayed on the projector the 3D mode stays greyed out and the files stay in SBS with two images next to each other.
I've since read that my projector does not support SBS files, so my question is where can I find 3D movie rips that aren't in SBS that my projector will recognise? Surely other people with projectors have run into the same issue? Cheers
