Releasing Music via Peer-to-Peer?

Is there like a "scene" for DIY music? I have a few projects I'd like to make available for people to download, just as another distribution channel like streaming platforms, and band camp.
I don't have a problem or any questions with the technical aspect of making a torrent for my folder, easy enough. But like who would I tell? Is there like a subreddit or forum for people sharing their own music via peer-to-peer?
