Serato DJ is glitching after using FX

Hi DJ's! this week I bought a new controller: the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10. When I use the fx features Serato DJ is glitching like crazy and even looses sound sometimes. Also, the waveform takes ages to fully load. So i cannot skip to my hot cues, it needs a lot of loading time. I tried a few things: like close all the other background activities on the laptop and put off the Wifi and Bluetooth. What else can I try?

My laptop has a RAM memory of 8gb. Probally this is the case of the glitching. What kind of laptop do you use and what is the ideal RAM memory for such a complex controller?
