XDJ-RX3 Time Knob

Hi there,
Does anyone have any advice for taking off the Time knob (effects)? I just purchased some replacement caps but it seems that the knob is not removable. Tried pulling straight up and using some pliers to no luck. I was able to remove all the other knobs (EQ, booth monitor, mixing, etc) by just pulling up. Can’t seem to find any answers anywhere. Thanks in advance!
