Hi Folks,

I recently picked up a DDJ-SR and am having a slight audio issue.

Deck 1 has great audio, Deck 2 (and 4 as well) has no audio unless I turn the trim all the way up, and then it's barely audible through the speakers. If I run everything to headphones I get a higher audio level from deck 2 (or 4) in headphones but still very low compared to deck 1.

As far as I can tell in both Serato and one the deck itself all the settings are the same.

I'm using the USB Cable that came with my Denon SC Live 4.

Things I've tried so far to fix:

Swapping Laptops: thought it might be the usb dongle for my MBP, the pc I swapped to didn't need the USB to USB-C dongle. Sound level issue persists.

Swapping Headphones: same sound level issue persists, no issues with either pair of headphones on the Denon decks.

Testing Tracks/Speakers/Headphones with a Denon SC Live 4 in computer mode and standalone mode: everything works

Playing same track on both decks of the DDJ-SR: No change

I've found various videos on youtube about what to do if you don't get any audio at all, but can't seem to find any help for this particular issue.
