Where to find 'small companies' to apply for Web Dev?

Post Body

Hi! I'm trying to get into the front-end web development industry and have been studying for a few months now.

I just want to get my foot in the door and apply for a front-end web dev job. I heard that small companies are more accepting of entry-level front-end web devs and I just want to know where to find these companies. Can't seem to find them in LinkedIn or Glassdoor (Or baka mali lang paghahanap ko) as they all ask a year or two of experience including a wide range of required languages.

Any tips where or how to find them is greatly appreciated!
