hello! sophomore student here who considers himself as an average programmer. i can program but it takes some time for me to google the results and also to understand the problem. i can also say that i'm a good team player since i have lead tons of group reportings and projects back in my highschool and freshman days.
despite of my skills, i'm a bit torn between choosing these two teams that are offering me to join them:
Team 1:
- Composed of highly-skilled programmers
- They are a bit introverted, but they're really good at logic
- In terms of attitude, i can say that they're kind.
Team 2:
- The members aren't finalized yet, since some of them are my so-so called of friends
- Average programmers
- Okay din ang attitude, cooperative since i had some of them as my groupmates before.
what i really want to achieve this second year is growth talaga. i know that i lack the stellar logic when solving coding challenges, but i'm also a bit worried kasi nakakapanghinayang if i reject the offer of Team 1. If i would choose Team 1, i may not be the main programmer and in ending, baka ako maging lead and presenter. If Team 2, i know it may be rough but i might get a chance to be the main programmer and be the presenter as well.
what do the pro-programmers think about this? please let me know!
