Hours of Operation ~ changing things a bit for this one...

WE CLOSE THE DOORS AT 1A, WHICH MEANS OUT BY 1A NOT FINISH WHAT YOU ARE DOING BY 1A. Lights will go on, and music will be turned off by 12:45a to notify you that you have 15 minutes to finish what you are doing, gather your things and be out by 1A.

Dress Code

street legal to the door. once inside....anything goes! no specific theme for this event. wear whatever you feel comfortable in!

Food & Drinks ~ changing things a bit for this one too...

This is a BYOB venue and all glass will need to be left in the kitchen. Please indulge responsibly. We will provide cups, filtered & bottled water, ice.

NEW RENDEZVOUS UPGRADE PACKAGE ($20):

Includes access for you and 1 other, to our new Bar with Bartender. Still BYOB, we will provide select mixers (Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Tonic Water & Soda Water). If you prefer something different you can bring it and check it, and your alcohol, in with the bartender, who will pour your drinks upon request.

This will be potluck style so spread the love between desserts and savory side dishes please!

* Get $5 off your entry if you bring a SIDE DISH to share! (cash will be given/refunded at the door upon bringing a dish or you can choose to add it to our monetary donation for the food drive

* A special, fun, dessert 'buffet' will be provided by The Warehouse

* Dinner and socializing till 9p. Playtime after that!

FOOD DONATION MONTH & RAFFLE DRAWING

For every dry good or canned good item you bring in, you will earn 1 raffle ticket for some fun prizes. You do not have to be present to win. The raffle winner will be drawn at the event itself, but raffle tickets will be available at the Vetting prior (Nov 27th 6p-8p) and at the event (Nov 30th, before 10p)

Phone/Camera/Video Usage

You are allowed to bring your phone into the venue for personal use. DO NOT TAKE VIDEO OR PICTURES OF THOSE YOU DID NOT RECEIVED EXPLICIT CONSENT FROM TO DO SO. If you are found doing this, we will ask you to delete the photo(s)/video(s) and consider it a warning. If you do it again, will either take your phone away for the night and/or ask you to leave.

Smoking Section

We have a smoking section inside the venue (which is in the outside portion) and ask that you do not smoke outside in the parking lot, or anywhere else. We do have trash bins and ashtrays, so please be sure to use them as necessary.

Re-Entry

Once you have checked in, you are allowed to come and go as you please. Someone will be at the front door to monitor re-entry to those that have already been checked in.

Cost

Tier #1 - $30/person - if received BEFORE 10p the night before the party

Tier #2 - $40/person - if received AFTER 10p the night before up to the event entry door
