*This will be the same format and information as last time. We will be starting a monthly workshop in January, rotating between one specifically for couples and one specifically for singles, with new an developing information and activities.

Timeline:

6:30p-7:00p Doors open. Mingle and settle in.

7:00p-9:00p Doors close at 7:00p sharp. You can leave at any time but no late entry is allowed.

The event will begin with an ice breaker game followed by a consent orientation. There are no requirements for participants to engage in activities besides being present for the consent orientation. Real Connections is about getting to know people, being open minded, staying true to your full yes, and having fun! In order to stay mentally clear, alcohol will not be permitted. Other activities outlined below.

9:00p-11:00p Open play, to further explore what you've learned. Participants will be encouraged to connect in anyway that is a fuck yes for everyone involved. From platonic conversation or cuddling to erotic sharing of touch and pleasure. Please don’t come with the goal of getting laid, this evening is primarily focused on building trust and connection as a foundation! Penetrative and oral sex is celebrated and encouraged, it’s just not the goal.

Activities:

• Welcome Circle ~ Introduction and overview of the evening. ~ Play a short get-to-know-a-few-people game. ~ Go over the STARS talk (STARS Model).

• Mini Consent 101 ~ Discuss giving a good "no" job. ~ Play a quick practice game of consent.

• Rotation Through Sensual Stations ~ Food Play in the Kitchen: Playful and sexy- participants can explore tastes and textures. ~ Sensual Toys: Use tactile props to explore a variety of touch. ~ Awaken the Auditory: Participants indulge in whispers and reading erotica aloud. ~ Massage Station: A designated space for two or more-some massage play. Who doesn't love being massaged by eight hands!? ~ Cuddle Space: A dedicated area where participants practice only platonic touch. This station emphasizes verbal communication and just-friends energy.

• The Last 2 Hours ~ Transition to consensual play, as you see fit, allowing further exploration and connection based on earlier activities.

• Closing Circle ~ Wrap up the event by gathering everyone to share their experiences and insights.

Facilitator’s Bio

Liz Alexander is a community leader, she's spent the last 11 years in the polyamorous lifestyle and is the founder of Treasure Valley Polyamory on meetup. Liz has an Associates degree in Anthropology, a Conflict Management Certification from BSU, and earned a Tantra certification under Shashi Salluna. In her free time Liz hosts discussion groups, and evenings of poetry. She makes music, and spends a lot of time growing plants and people. Liz is deeply passionate about the intersection of mind, body, and spirit. Introspective sharing and authenticity are her biggest turn ons.
