Soo, I purchased a Pimax Artisan back in October. It arrived with a broken cable (the cable being diagnosed by Pimax after remote troubleshooting). A month and a half later, the replacement cable arrived. At first, it seemed to work perfectly. However, after just two days of use, something seems to have failed. The HMD turns on, and the chevron lights up. PiTool recognizes that there is an Artisan plugged in. There are no error codes at all. However, the power LED remains red, and the screen is completely blank. Nothing changed since it was last used successfully.

Does anybody have any insight as to what could possibly be going on?
