Does a school have to wait until a nose piercing is fully healed to make me take it out

Hello friends, I have been wanting a nose piercing for the longest time. Unfortunately my high school has rules set that doesn’t allow them. I was wondering do they have to wait until the piercing is fully to enforce it or is it a no go.
Also is there any way I could hide a nose piercing or make it less noticeable??
