8 year old Nipple Piercing.

Hi all, I’ve had my nipple piercings from around 8 years (34M) and one of them has randomly become swollen with white puss. It isn’t painful yet. Ive cleaned the piercing with weak H2O2 and intend to use a salt water bath later for it. Does anyone have any other advice so it heals quickly and becomes less gross! Cheers. Daniel
