Surgery removal

Hi y’all! On Tuesday I’m getting surgery and obviously all my piercings need to be removed. I have 2 newer piercings from early February. Is it possible they’ll close if I remove them Monday night? Also one has a piercing bump, will it cause complications with that? Is there anything I can do to lessen complications? Thanks!!
